Dorsenne was a dandy who was very concerned about his appearance.
He was famous for having remarkably cut costumes.
He commanded the Imperial Guard in Spain during his last assignment.
Previously, during the battle of Essling, in 1809, he has 3 horses killed under him and suffered a serious concussion due to a ball that touches his head.
He will never recover from these wounds and will have to undergo a trepanation in June 1812, he will die as a result of this intervention.
